DecentSocial

DecentSocial unconference operated using free-libre/open-source software (FLOSS). OpenCollective's events feature was used for registration (+donations) and e-mail updates. Participants scheduled sessions using a collaboratively-editable CryptPad spreadsheet (cryptpad.fr). Sessions used BigBlueButton (meet.coop) for audio/video, chat, screen sharing and whiteboarding. Participants took notes in BigBlueButton and/or in CryptPad documents; which organizers later copied into a Jekyll website. A Matrix server and IRC bridged channel was created for chat discussions (Synapse, #decentsocial:decentsocial.net; libera.chat). A post-event survey was conducted using CryptPad Forms.
